My wife and I decided to attend Marquis Leisure at Preston to view motorhomes and enquire about part exchange for a newer model. After discussions with Phil in sales, we were offered a good deal for part exchange on an Auto-Sleeper Broadway. During the conversation I mentioned that I was awaiting a spare rear light bumper as I'd accidently reversed into my stepson's car, thus resulting in a £650 bill to have it repaired at another garage. I had put a deposit down of £230 until the part arrived and then had to pay the remainder once the work was completed. I asked them in order to progress the exchange, would they be prepared to take over the remaining work and I will pay them the outstanding £420. They asked me to pick up the part when it arrives, bring it over to them and they will repair it FREE, thus saving me £420 (in fact we used the money to pay the tax on the new motorhome)! We were then booked in to have a handover 2 weeks later with Mike Keating - Handover Specialist. We had the handover on Friday 15th November 2024 lasting approx 2.5hrs. I must stress the actual handover specialist Mike was absolutely spot on. Very knowledgeable, knew his stuff, great laugh, superb company and very diligent. He gave us his contact details in case we were unsure about any of the workings of the motorhome and told us to ring him anytime in the future. The whole process was flawless, outstanding customer service, (apart from the brew making ha ha). They even introduced us to the service team as we booked in our habitation check for next year. I can't applaud this company (Preston branch) enough. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with them.
