I have just collected my motorhome from your service centre in Tewkesbury, it has been there having significant warranty work completed along with none warranty work and a service. I would like to praise the service I have received from them it has been outstanding and a credit to your company. From start to finish they have been helpful and have kept me informed. Claire has contacted me as promised and the work has been completed as requested. This was the first time of using Marquis as I have recently moved down from Scotland and the dealership Elddis had suggested I use close to my home let me down terribly when it came to warranty work and some servicing, however Marquis came to the rescue. Very refreshing to get such excellent service and you have now got a customer who will purchase from you in the future as well as telling friends and family. Please can you pass on my sincere appreciation to your Tewkesbury centre, as sometimes a thank you is not enough.
