Grateful thanks to Marquis Durham! Drop down bed on our Benimar Tessoro wasn't working - long way from home, mid- touring holiday. Noticed we were passing close to Marquis Durham and phoned to see if they would take a look at short notice. Helpful service woman advised us to drop by and they would see what could be done. Arrived 2 hours later, same service woman called the service centre and shortly, very courteous young man came over, examined the bed and promptly identified a stuck micro switch - sorted in minutes and on our way to enjoy rest of holiday armed with some useful tips.
