Fantastic handover process, very thorough and time taken to answer questions. Problems with service book not being stamped was handled swiftly without issue. Difficulties with the battery and water gauges ongoing but being dealt with in a professional manner.

The sales process was handled by Lee who at every stage was very helpful, always happy to answer questions. Everything about the sale was explained fully and questioned answered either on the spot or a a call when information on our query was available. on handover day Phil took us through the working of the motorhome, including some really useful hints and tips. Phil's style of clear and unhurried explanation, plus patience made the experience both pleasant and useful. We cannot praise the team highly enough.

Very good handover that was delivered clearly and in an unhurried manner. Everyone we talked to was helpful and explained things well. The Exeter branch is well laid out and has a good range and a well stocked shop. Staff are helpful and deal with questions quickly.

Stephen from your Berkshire Branch was exceptional in planning, keeping us informed and assisting us with our first motorhome purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome without any sales pressure being applied. You see a lot of negative feedback on Social Media about motorhome dealers and the lack of customer service. I can honestly say this was not our experience with Stephen and Marquis.
