We recently purchased an Auto-Trail from your Devon Branch and I must say that the service and personal detail we received from Chris was first class. From the time I made contact his attention was excellent, he made you feel that we have known him for ages. He gave us plenty of time to look over potential vans and was there for advice when required. Once we had made our decision his attention did not end there we have been back a few times for other issues and as soon as you enter the building you are remembered and feel like you are a valued customer. There are others who need mentioning "Handover Dave" a very friendly man and full of useful information, we were caravanners who made the plunge to a motorhome so his advice was very welcome indeed. The service team also treat you as if you are their only customer and keep you informed of what is going on. We have only had our motorhome for just over a month and we are looking forward to many memories ahead. Once again thank you for the service to date and we look forward to that continuing in the future which I'm sure will. So thank you Chris and the rest of the team at Marquis Devon and thank you for making us feel very valued.

I had an emergency with the fridge not working on my new motorhome whilst heading off for a weekend. Marquis Preston were on my route so I called and Mike was very helpful and obliging and arranged to fit me in for a test when I passed. When I arrived I was attended to in a very professional manner by Mike and the Service Manager. Special thanks also to Gary the technician who rigorously tested the fridge giving me peace of mind and when asked also fixed my handbrake warning light which had never worked. Well done to all at Marquis Preston for your excellent service.

Our first visit to the Surrey branch was nothing but a pleasurable experience. Having been transferred from the Sussex branch for our habitation service. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful and all done with a smile. The reception staff, service and valet even the passing staff acknowledged our presence and said hello. What a pleasant atmosphere all round, and not forgetting to mention the lovely lady who runs the café, a lovely cooked breakfast and she makes a great cup of tea and coffee. Having the Motorhome cleaned was an unexpected added bonus. We will be back soon for added security for our Motorhome. Thank you to all for an easy transition to the Surrey branch.

The sales team at Marquis Lancashire were very helpful and allowed us to view all types of vehicle making sure we got the right fit for us. We made several to Marquis and unfortunately the original sale person was leaving before we finally made a purchase but we were handed over to Richard who saw us through the final buying process. On the day of hand over Richard passed us over to Mike who went through everything, with regards to the motorhome workings, which left us confident that we would be able to work everything once we got home We were then introduced by Mike to the service and warranty team before returning to Richard for final hand over. We did have a couple of small issues which I dealt with myself but Richard has assured us of his full support should we need it. Buying a Motorhome is expensive and you want to get it right and with the help and knowledge we got from the team at Marquis I believe we've got what is truly right for us. I have recently collected my motorhome from Marquis Surrey following its annual habitation inspection, and full vehicle service and MOT arranged with the Leatherhead Motor Company. From initial reception to the return of the motorhome, Naomi orchestrated the process in a very personable, efficient and professional manner that made me feel a valued Marquis customer. She was thorough and explained everything clearly, including the results of the inspection, and she kept me informed on progress. Full marks to Naomi for customer care!

There I was wandering the forests of Borneo last summer and had my breakthrough moment: 'Why do I need a 3 bedroom house?' It lead through a great many twists and turns, but at last I have a motorhome and a flat with some travel money left. Went to Marquis where I met such professional and knowledgeable staff who were also incredibly kind and patient. Daren was lovely about waiting for the house sale to release money and my fussing over details. Mike gave very thorough training on my first ever such vehicle, and I set off for 2 nights to focus on all I had learnt. Hit a pothole within a few hundred metres and the reversing mirror fell off... a moment of doubt that was soon swept away as the thing drove like a dream once that was readjusted. The first loading from my house was quite arduous, but now have all key requirements and spare crutches and walker in 'Ivan' so now only have to remember to take my blue badge. It was an exciting two nights in Brockenhurst, with very friendly and helpful neighbours and staff who helped with some key features. I locked myself in the first night, then set off the sensors when I moved - lots of those sort of small points - there is a button in the cab! As I turned the first corner on departure I heard a crashing saucepan and thought 'Oh yes, I forgot to close the wardrobe door' - there are many more small things to home correctly and I continue to enjoy that nesting period. My only disappointment - there is no cup holder in the cab to hold my 'go to coffee' that I always rush around with. But wait, the whole point of this experience is to slow down and relax - and I will be able to pull over and make a fresh coffee whilst I sit and enjoy a new view... a whole new world awaits me!
