We had a fabulous experience buying our first caravan from Marquis! They were so helpful and such a friendly team - many thanks to Shaun on the sales team for sending us all the paperwork by email to save us travelling to and fro. They really helped us with explaining how to set up our caravan - it was prepped and waiting for us to collect with a welcome sign wishing us many happy holidays. Leah spent nearly 2 hours showing us how all the systems/appliances worked so we were confident when we set off home. Superb service, Mark and Sam Walls

We originally went to view a caravan, at the Exeter branch, that we had seen and fallen in love with on the Marquis website not realising it was actually at their Surrey branch. We met Shaun who was very helpful and reserved the caravan for us. After going to Surrey and seeing the van in person, we knew it was the one for us, it was perfect! (the guys at the Surrey branch were also lovely and helpful). Shaun made contact with us throughout the process and kept us up to date with everything. His friendly and helpful manner really had us as ease. When it came to the handover day, we arrived to find our Coachman out the front with a welcome sign, which we thought was a wonderful touch. Bailey showed us how to use everything and ensured we had everything we needed. He was, again, very friendly and personable - we couldn't fault any of the staff, they were all brilliant and an absolute credit to the company. We will definitely continue to use Marquis going forward. Thank you everyone who has helped us along the way. We love our new Coachman and will have many happy years in it. We visited Marquis back in November, Spoke to Adil in Sales and he recommended looking at an Adria. Lovely van, great quality. Adil was very professional, great service and always is responsive. Ben was very friendly and did a great handover.

I purchased our motorhome back in 2024 and then revisited the dealer for rectification work recently. The service Department have been outstanding. They ordered my parts in, called me once they arrive, and then arranged for the work to be carried out. It all sounds simple, but you will to be surprised how many dealers can’t get the basics right. Marquis Leisure go over and beyond with customer service. Special thank you to Jason the service manager, and Jimmy who runs an efficient workshop. You are both an asset to Marquis Leisure.

Jimmy, the workshop manager, rescued me from a weekend of no gas when I turned up out of the blue despite the fact that they were hosting a big event. Everyone I met at Marquis went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I was back on the road in 35 minutes. Really outstanding service!

Excellent place. Nick head of sales is a fantastic bloke and so accommodating. If you want anything motorhome caravan he’s an expert.

Adam was absolutely brilliant and went over and above to assist on our purchase. No pressure just help to understand what we needed.

Just to say thank you for such excellent service this week at Marquis Northampton. I called in needing a replacement plastic bracket for the fixed bed slats on our Burford Auto-Sleeper. The staff were extremely helpful providing a service that is rare to find today. I was given a spare bracket and this is now in place in the Motorhome. Well done Marquis & Thank you!

Just been for our Annual habitation service on our 7 year old Bessacarr 574 at Marquis motorhomes in Upham Hampshire, usual good service that we have always received. But we must mention the time & knowledge given to us by Richard (Branch manager) on our options to downsize to a lighter & shorter motorhome, will definitely be purchasing our next motorhome from our local Marquis dealer for sure.

Bought our Motorhome at Marquis Winchester 1 year ago. Had a problem that was unexpected and potentially serious and Marquis were straight onto it organising a repair kit from the manufacturer and managing the repair through a Fiat main dealer. The problem was resolved fully and professionally and in good time. Now had first habitation service, very happy with the level of detail and a reasonable price. Thank you.

We picked our ford panama p57 yesterday we are delighted with it the Berkshire team are brilliant they were so helpful not pushy at all it felt like visiting friends & made it very enjoyable so many thanks to Gary, Ash, Claire & Martin for your excellent service & the laughs & any other person i missed out you are all lovely xx luv dee xx
