What excellent service . We had no electricity in our motor home on the way down to S. Devon . They tested everything and we needed a new leisure battery which they fitted immediately and we were on our way again, problem fixed. What great service, I wouldn’t hesitate to to go back again. Special thanks to Becky on reception for organising everything with a friendly smile and to Sean for carrying out the work so promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate recommend highly.

We recently picked up our new Benimar, Benivan 122 and we love it. We were shown this van by Phil, as an alternative to the van we were considering, so glad he did. All the staff at Marquis Preston have really looked after us. The handover with Mike was perfect for us, not just a “quick this does this and that does that”, he explained and demonstrated everything we needed to know and he was lovely guy. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Marquis Preston, the best dealership in our area by far.

From our first contact with Shaun through the whole process of purchasing our Swift 540 and updates prior to collection. Then the handover with Leah, which was extremely comprehensive, Chris and I were incredibly impressed with the outstanding service we received. Annual caravan service done - great service, no issues

What a fantastic team! Very professional honest and extremely patient, we had plenty of time to view the Motorhomes didn’t feel rushed all questions answered in a friendly honest manner. The handover was very informative and tips and advice given to make our transition from caravan to motorhome less daunting.

Outstanding customer service from Marquis Lancashire. Had a recent handover with Mike and the process was thorough and covered every aspect of the motorhome. We were able to video parts that we’d need to revisit at a later date and this was encouraged by Mike who was so helpful on the day. We are new to motorhoming and had a great deal of apprehension about going away for the first time but the handover at Marquis put all those worries out of our mind. Alan, Mike and Diane and the rest of the team at Marquis have been fantastic throughout. Thanks John and Gillian.

Following a recent habitation service I was concerned about a few issues but the service team dealt with them very positively leaving us extremely satisfied with the service provided.

Excellent service from beginning to end, I had loads and loads of questions to ask as was our first time buying a Motorhome and Martin dealt with them all and in a timely manner too. The handover from Leah was also excellent and gave us plenty of time to ask questions and also video parts of the handover i.e. when explaining how the equipment worked. I mustn’t forget Andrew the manager who initially took my call, and arranged for me to speak to Martin, I had loads of questions for him too and all were answered. Thank you very much for a great experience and I would highly recommend Marquis to anyone.
