Always good service from Marquis. I like the fact that they have 13 branches, gives a sense of security having nationwide support. The staff at Preston are absolutely fantastic and look after your every need giving you that down to earth personal touch. Special thanks to Stuart and Richard especially. Really good café on site too. Makes all the difference.

We bought a Mobilvetta Kea P80 from Marquis in Preston. Richard the Sales Manager was amazing. I bombarded him with dozens of emails😂 and he was so prompt at getting back to me on all emails and answered all my questions. Very impressive service. The handover of the motorhome was done by Mike, another amazing experience. He went through absolutely everything regarding the outside of the van and then took us inside and did exactly the same thing. He spent 2hours showing us around and then answering our questions. We recently bought a Mobilvetta motorhome from your Preston branch. Being completely new to this venture we were very grateful for Mike's input and advice at the induction where he gave us invaluable information on how the motorhome works. Mike has also been extremely helpful when we have had to ask him further questions when we took the motorhome back to the dealership to have some small niggles fixed. Thanks Mike.

Since having a Solar Panel fitted by an independent, my Sargent Power Supply Unit burned out. After replacement the entire electrical system continued to fail. Several expensive attempts to repair elsewhere were unsuccessful. Finally, I went to Marquis where James assured me they would resolve the problem. James and Wayne traced the problem to a screw from the solar panel piercing a hidden wiring harness. They effected a repair within a couple of hours and everything is now working perfectly. These guys earned my utmost respect. Lesson learned: Go directly to Marquis for the best service. They really know their trade, and they definitely know caravans. Thanks again.

The 5 stars is for Mike at the Preston branch, did an absolutely spot on technical induction to us newbies when picking up our Benimar Tessoro and got us to video the key bits which has been really helpful on our first couple of trips. We had to return the van to correct a small glitch which Mike rectified swiftly, no fuss or bother. Great Service.

We found the staff and both Ivybridge and Northampton charming and helpful. We noticed this particularly against other suppliers as we did our research to find our motorhome. We will not hesitate to come back!

We have just purchased our first Motorhome from Marquis at Sproughton. From our first initial enquiry we were so impressed with Dene who saw us through the whole process. All our questions were answered and the admin side of things went really smoothly. Gavin who did the handover was very thorough, informative and put everything over in a relatable manner. Both are credit to the company. We would not hesitate in recommending Marquis (especially the Sproughton branch) for their professionalism and efficiency.
