The 5 stars is for Mike at the Preston branch, did an absolutely spot on technical induction to us newbies when picking up our Benimar Tessoro and got us to video the key bits which has been really helpful on our first couple of trips. We had to return the van to correct a small glitch which Mike rectified swiftly, no fuss or bother. Great Service.

We found the staff and both Ivybridge and Northampton charming and helpful. We noticed this particularly against other suppliers as we did our research to find our motorhome. We will not hesitate to come back!

We have just purchased our first Motorhome from Marquis at Sproughton. From our first initial enquiry we were so impressed with Dene who saw us through the whole process. All our questions were answered and the admin side of things went really smoothly. Gavin who did the handover was very thorough, informative and put everything over in a relatable manner. Both are credit to the company. We would not hesitate in recommending Marquis (especially the Sproughton branch) for their professionalism and efficiency.

We couldn’t be more grateful to the Marquis staff who have provided a first class service from start to finish, setting us up with our new home. Nick from Durham who was our initial contact and struck us a good deal at the Motorhome exhibition and to Terry, Graham and Kevin from Marquis in Poole, who have overseen the transition of our old home to our new home. Bill and Wayne in the Service Department who have helped sort out a couple of minor issues and also for having the peace of mind that they are at the end of the phone should we need them at any time. So friendly, smiley and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you all again for your time and patience. Cannot recommend enough!

The motorhome was perfect in every way, the layout was what we asked for however, due to our advancing years and lessoning flexibility, we didn't suit the motorhome. We explained the problems to the sales team who were very understanding and sorted us out with a different motorhome and we love it!

We bought our van from Marquis Ipswich. But while in Devon on holiday, we developed an electrical problem. We went to the Devon branch of Marquis to see if they could help. They did sort it out for us and refused to take any payment. We've had our van for eight years, so it wasn't under any sort of warranty. The staff here were so helpful and friendly and determined to put things right for us.
