“Whilst on holiday in Somerset I received a telephone call  from Elddis saying that I had to get the solar panel checked  urgently for a potential fixation problem on my campervan.   

After many unsuccessful calls to various Elddis approved workshops close by, I rang Marquis in Tewkesbury as I was due to book into  a camp site in Tewkesbury the next day.   The call was taken by Peter who arranged for me to take  the van to their workshop the next day. 

On arrival  I was attended to by an extremely helpful and polite Claire  who after some rescheduling of the technicians’ job sheets  managed to free up Andy to complete the check.  

I am very pleased with all the help given by everyone and  the company as a whole. They all need to be mentioned  in dispatches for their efficient, friendly and polite way they  handled my case. Well done Marquis and all your staff!!"
