After many years camping in tents Mr & Mrs Phillips visited our Hampshire branch and found the motorhome for them in the Benimar Tessoro 481, here they tell us how they are getting used to the new level of luxury on wheels. 

"This is our first motorhome so we’re spending time finding out how everything works and enjoying a new level of luxury compared to the camping we have done over the years under canvas. We chose this motorhome as being under 6m we feel more comfortable driving it as well as having a spacious interior with full bathroom. Our adventures have been fairly local in the first month enjoying the peacefulness of The New Forest on a very hot weekend and as a crash pad in the garden of our friend who recently celebrated his 50th birthday. It was great to enjoy the convenience of having everything we needed at hand and a very short walk to bed. We intend to explore the UK more and perhaps find some winter warmth further south when we feel more confident. Now we have a bit more time we made the change so that we could get to locations for walking, running & cycling that are further afield more regularly, as well as day trips to beaches or other locations without facilities. We’ve spotted some local beer festivals that provide space for motor homes! We travel with our 14 year old Jack Russell who is slowing down a bit now but still loves to be outdoors exploring and watching the world go by." - Mr Phillips
