Aftersales Manager Graeme and Workshop Controller Ryan at Marquis Durham received a lovely surprise in the post earlier this week from a happy customer who they helped when she had a problem with her Auto-Sleeper van. 

Customer Amanda sent them both a lovely card which reads "Just a little thank you to both yourself and Ryan for helping me resolve my Auto-Sleeper battery issues last week. It was fantastic that Ryan talked me through the issues and found I had a blown fuse! Exceptional customer service from you." They also both received a lovely box of chocolates each!
