Mr and Mrs Stuart-King have recently taken on a new adventure after purchasing their new Auto-Sleepers Nuevo motorhome, the couple have spent the last 30 years navigating the inland waterways in a canal narrowboat. They plan to visit parts of England, Scotland and Wales where the canal and river system didn't go but are finding it difficult to know where to start as there is so much to see in our own country. They have both decided to start in the Isle of Wight staying on a Caravan and Motorhome site near Sandown.

The couple have a little experience of a motorhome after  a six week trip of the USA covering the states of New York, Michigan and Wisconsin. The couple said "The vehicle was somewhat larger than we needed which made us look for a two person van. The Auto-Sleepers Nuevo fits the bill very well."

They may only have a little previous experience in motorhoming but their years on a narrowboat have put them in good practice as with boats there is a need to learn where and how to stow everything on board and the same can be said for a motorhome. 

Mr Stuart-King has given us a little insight into their future travels in their new 'Home on Wheels'. "Our first year will be a little limited since we had already booked three holidays in either static vans or lodges. Our new 'Home on Wheels' gives us the opportunity to go at short notice and move around as much or as little as we feel like. It took us more than 30 years to fully explore the inland waterways. Sadly, in our mid 70's, we are rather unlikely to have so much time 'on the road'. It will be the case of making the most of everyday."
