Information on the Marquis Leisure Warranty Policy for customers who have not purchased their motorhome or caravan from Marquis Leisure.

Marquis Leisure are happy to undertake manufacturer warranty work on your behalf, however it will be necessary to apply a warranty processing administration fee of £100 plus VAT. This fee is payable at the time of booking your initial appointment and is non-refundable even in the event of your warranty claim being declined. The warranty processing administration fee is chargeable for each claim submitted by Marquis Leisure on your behalf (although each claim can accommodate up to four items of warranty). 

Prior to contacting Marquis Leisure, it would be sensible to ensure your Service History has been carried out in line with manufacturer requirements. Failure to have complied with these requirements may have invalidated your warranty and any work undertaken on your behalf will be chargeable.

Should you wish Marquis Leisure to be involved in the transfer of your Warranty, there will be an upfront administration fee of £100 plus VAT in addition to the manufactures usual transfer fee.  In some instances it may be necessary to complete an annual Habitation Inspection which will be carried out by our National Caravan Council Approved Workshop Scheme Qualified Technicians, please contact the Service Team of your local branch for further details.

In the event that your warranty claim is accepted by the Manufacturer, and you request Marquis Leisure to commence work, any additional time taken due to unforeseen circumstances will in the first instance be discussed with the manufacturer for approval under the terms of the warranty. Should the manufacturer decline to approve additional time, you will become liable at a rate of £100 plus VAT per hour. In all instances Marquis Leisure will discuss options with you and seek your further approval before incurring additional costs.
