The successful applicant ideally will ideally have a basic knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office would be an advantage), however not essential, as full training will be given. Daily duties will include assisting the team with carrying out reception duties, parts enquiries via telephone and face to face, processing/ordering/sourcing of parts, overseeing stock control, invoicing, general administrative tasks and parts administration as well as providing a high level of customer service using our sophisticated computer system. We are looking for a friendly, confident and capable individual who can deal with all kinds of customers under pressure and remain professional at all times.
Key Skill include: Excellent Communication Skills, Flexibility, Excellent Customer Care Skills, Good Administration Ability, Coupled with a Full UK Drivers Licence.
Key Objectives:
• Ordering and sourcing parts.
• Advising After Sales coordinator of all parts movements.
• Booking parts in/out and invoicing parts.
• Processing supplier invoices.
• Maintain parts stores and technicians stock levels.
• To ensure stores department is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Process the return of all parts and maintain records, including warranty parts.
• Liaise closely with After Sales Co-ordinator/Workshop Foreperson and Service Team.
• Receive/handle all parts enquiries – Face to face and via telephone
• Carry out annual stock take.
• Performing any other ad hock tasks, as required, which will help to contribute to the overall performance of your branch and or the Marquis Group
• Booking in service/warranty re-works via emails/telephone
• Updating service customers via telephone/emails
• Upselling workshop services at time of booking
• Assisting with warranty claims / processes
• Assist with allocating jobs in the workshop
